How does mobile detailing work?
We come to you. Pick a date and time, share your address, and our team shows up with everything needed. You don't need to provide anything. Most washes take 30–60 minutes depending on the vehicle and package.
What if it rains on my appointment day?
Light rain doesn't stop us — the products we use work in wet conditions and a rinse actually helps the final result. If there's a heavy downpour or storm warning, we'll reach out to reschedule at no charge.
Do I need to be home during the wash?
Nope. As long as we can access the vehicle, you're free to go about your day. We'll send you a text when we arrive and another when we're done.
What's included in a standard wash?
The base wash covers a full exterior hand wash, wheel and tire cleaning, door jamb wipe-down, and a streak-free window finish. Add-ons like interior vacuum, leather conditioning, and wax are available when you build your wash.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on your vehicle size — sedans, SUVs, and trucks each have a base rate. You pick your add-ons and see the total before you book. At your appointment, you and your technician may discover that additional services are needed, but no extra work or charges will be added without your full consent. Your approved price is assured — no hidden fees or surprise charges. Every 5th wash is on us if you're a returning customer.
Can I book multiple cars at once?
Absolutely. You can add multiple vehicles to a single booking. If you book 2+ cars for the same visit, you'll automatically get a 10% discount on each wash.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Burnaby. If you're just outside these areas, reach out — we may still be able to accommodate you.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Cancel or reschedule anytime up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Just reply to your confirmation text or email and we'll sort it out.
How does fleet cleaning work?
We come to your yard or depot on a schedule you set — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Our crew cleans your vehicles on-site so your drivers don't lose time. One monthly invoice, one point of contact. No long-term contract required.
What types of vehicles do you clean?
Cargo vans, passenger vans, box trucks, cab-and-chassis, dry van trailers, flatbeds, and reefers. If it's in your yard, we can probably clean it. We'll confirm specifics during the yard walk.
What's a yard walk?
Before we start, we'll visit your location to see the vehicles, understand your layout, confirm water/power access, and lock in your pricing. It takes about 15 minutes. After that, your estimate becomes a firm quote.
Is there a minimum fleet size?
No hard minimum. Our smallest plan covers fleets of 1–5 vehicles. Volume discounts kick in at 6+ vehicles (10%) and 20+ vehicles (15%+), so the service is designed to scale.
How does billing work?
One invoice at the end of each month covering every vehicle and every visit. Net 30 terms. No per-visit invoices, no chasing receipts. Your AP team gets a clean, single line item.
What if you miss a scheduled visit?
Missed visits are credited automatically — you'll see it on your next invoice. We track every visit and hold ourselves accountable. It's rare, but when it happens, you don't pay for it.
Can I change my fleet count mid-month?
Yes. Scale up in busy season, scale down when it's slow. Add or remove vehicles any time — your next invoice adjusts automatically. No change fees, no amendment paperwork.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. Everything is month-to-month. We keep your business by doing good work, not by locking you in. Cancel any month with no penalty.
